IDFC... my OLD Call....

I posted about IDFC just one year back when it was at Rs172/- ... It went up to Rs218 to make a new high and now settle down at 118 levels.....

It is a excellent pick for Long term, those who have picked stake at 172 or above levels can surely average out this stock and should hold for long term.... Yes, there are some concerns over infrastructure financing due to higher interest rates.. Its major clients include those companies for which raw material is coal... so availability of coal is indirectly effecting IDFC.....

There are some developments and news about IDFC recently.... I am summarizing some of them for readers.......

As per the statement issued by Vikram Limaye, loan book of IDFC is expected to get double in coming 3 years....

IDFC has a consolidated networth of USD 2.5 Billion and balance sheet size of 10.7 billion..... IDFC has recently signed an agreement with AFC(Africa Finance Corp) to help indian companies to enter the continent for expansion of their business i.e Infrastructure, mining, power roads etc....

According to me, IDFC is out of the box candidate in this space... Its a company one should love to buy for long term......

Anna, Ramdev & Congress

Friends, I am putting my views on the Anna Hazare movement for Janlokpal Bill & Baba Ramdev Satyagrah against Black money….

4^th June2011 was a black day in Indian history. Nobody thought that government will take such cruel action against a crowd of patriotic peoples who gathered to support Ramdev movement against government to bring back black money. If UPA Govt lead by Congress is thinking that they will forcefully end up this movement then they are doing bid mistake… really big mistake….

When I woke up in morning at 5:30AM on 5^th June, I was surprised to see that news… its really a shameful activity by UPA government….. Nothing has been changed inside Congress Party…. Its like a Private Company lead by a specific group of peoples or very clearly by a family…. They cannot hear the blames of corruption against them…. Were they sleeping When RAJA was allotting 2G Spectrum?? Where was Rahul Gandhi at that time? Did our Prime Minister take any action against his team for doing such thing? Why are they silent….? Why???

To Divert the main theme of Black Money raised by Baba Ramdev, Government is asking to give full information about the Patanjali Trust Money… Mr Digvijay Singh (Who Lost MP to Uma Bharti) is saying venomous words against all those who are raising voices to bring back black money…. If they were to take such cruel action on 4^th June night then why four cabinet minister went to airport to convince Baba Ramdev?? Government has no answer to this…..

Actually Ramdev has attacked the root of corruption… He wants to publish Names of Swiss Bank Account Holder on Internet….. But government is not interested…. Interested kyu honge… koi apne naam internet par khud daalna chahega kya…… everybody knows that Congress has ruled India for 60 years… I have 100% gut feeling that most of account holder names belongs to congress….. that’s why they are not revealing names…. Hasan Ali was the main person to route money to Swiss bank… maximum amount of money of politicians went to swicc bank through the route of Hassan Ali… Nothing has been done against him so far…. Case is going on.. Going on… and going on….. Trust me, this government will not do anything against Hassan Ali…

Corruption has also influenced the common election procedures up to maximum extent…. Political Parties are allowed to spent max 40 lakhs and 16 lakhs parliament election and legislative assembly elections… but we all knows that political parties spent way above than this amount…. 5 crore.. 10 crores or even more…. From where this money comes??? Does any political party has ever disclosed the sources of this money?...NO… they have not… Then why Government is asking to give details of Patanjali Trust….. ?????? … Yesterday Ramdev has declared every details of Pataljali Trust Ledger…. It’s a Strong Reply to Government queries about sources of money for Patanjali trust….. Now Why Not All political Parties declare the source of money which they spend in election, rallies and all other activities.??? Where is our so called YUVRAJ Mr Rahul Gandhi on this issue?? He is lost somewhere? Why didn’t he came if front and spoke about black money??? This is all politics of UPA… they don’t want to reveal names of account holders……

It all started in 1948… BUT Routing of Big Amounts of Black money to Swiss Bank started in 1980s… at the time of Indira Govt… Government invented a new way to churn out black money by doing international Agreements…. Congress came into radar when Audit Beuro of Sweden Confirmed about the commission in the deal of Bofors artillery……

Amazingly government is not doing anything to stop corruption… they didn’t took action against RAJA and Kalmadi easily…. Every time Supreme Court of India has to comment on corruption… How shameless is our government…..

Congress has not changed… 36 years back Indira planned action against the movement of Jai Prakash Narayan(JP) and now in same way against Baba Ramdev……..

At present time… No Political party is ready to fight against Black Money and Corruption seriously…. Nobody is thinking that why a huge mass crowd of common man is with Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev… One has to think about it….. THERE IS A VOID… VOID CREATED BY POLITICAL PARTIES BY NOT FIGHITING AGAINST CORRUPTION… to fullfull that VOID, common man is coming along with Anna and Baba Ramdev… Somebody has to come forward…. That somebody is now a common man… The so called CIVIL Society….

Rahul Gandhi went to Bhatta Parsoul( a village in Great Noida) and if he can ask UP Chief Minister “Why you have forced Rule 144 in this village” then why he cannot ask his government in delhi about the forceful Rule 144 in RamLeela Maidan….. (jab rahul mayawati se puch sakta hai ki bhatta parsoul mein dhara 144 kyu lagai to kya vo apni sarkaar se nahi puch sakta ki delhi ke ram leela maidan mein dhara 144 kyu lagvayee)………

Now Common Man has doubt against Government for their Policies, their Leaders & their Intentions….
